QA/QC Introduction
QC/QA department is independ of Production Dept, it reports directly to the company top management. The QC dept strictly follow the procdures documented by the ISO9001 system and conduct quality test and check on the over 50 control points from design stage, to production processes, until the delivery check, so as to ensure the total quality of the display system.Test Equipment and Facilities

Description:1. Quality Control Points during Design & Production 1.1 QC on design stage 1.2 QC on out-sourcing components 1.3 QC on Production Proceesses 1.4 Electrical parts safety test 1.5 System test run 1.6 QC on product packaging for delivery 2. QA Documentation Once the system pass all test before delivery, the following document will be provided to the customer separately as well as with the product: 2.1 Certificate of Comformance 2.2 System Test Report 2.3 Certificate of Origin for all major components used
