For oil/gas production wellhead pressure and flow rate control; acid frac wellhead
control; water injection and well performance test wellhead control.
Product Features:
1) Conform to NACE Standard MR0175 and API 6A, latest edition. API spec 6A. monogrammed.
2) All pressurized parts and flanges are forged high-grade alloy steel and have passed
non-destructive test.
3) Rams and valve seats as well as needles of needle valves are manufactured with
built-up or sprayed welding techniques.
4) Pressure rating from 21Mpa (3000psi) to 105Mpa (15000psi), and 500 tons suspending
capacity.
5) Material classification: AA - FF.
6) Temperature classification: L - V.
7) Product specification levels: PSL 1- 4.
8) Performance level: PR 1-2.
9) Sulfide-resistant parts and seals available if required.
